Still remember rushing into a record store to buy one of Dragon’s albums for a friend while he drove around the block. A great band out of New Zealand and sad that Marc Hunter the lead singer died as such a young age.

This is the only song I know from Redgum. Not a one hit wonder group, rather, I never really went for their music. This one was a bit different and thought provoking like many of the war related songs tend to be.

Pet Shop Boys are one of those bands that I think I might be a bit embarrassed to like. You know the kind that you turn the car stereo down at the traffic lights so people don’t realise what is playing. Anyway, I guess the word is out now. Love the intro to this version. Oh Mickey your so fine. If you listened to music in the 8os then you will recognise those worlds.
