What can I say about Australian Crawl and particularly the lead singer, James Reyne. Really difficult to pick some of the words he is singing and this osng is a classic example. I’m even too embarrassed to tell people what I thought he was saying instead of Beautiful People.

Australian Crawl were the first band I ever saw live in concert. At the Princess Theatre in Launceston and hardly a decent venue for a live band. No idea of the year although probably around 1982. Another epic Australian band with a heap of songs. Just a pity they were impossible to sing along to if you hadn’t read the words because James Reyne is difficult to understand sometimes. This one is pretty easy though.
