Robbie Williams – Let Me Entertain You – Live

If In Your Honour by the Foo Fighters isn’t the best song ever to start a concert, then Let Me Entertain You would be the best. The song just works with the way it builds up.

Bruce Springsteen – Born To Run – Live

“In the end, nobody wins unless everybody wins.” If only more people lived by these words then the world might be a much nicer place.

So many great songs from the Boss and tough tom come up with my favourite, although this one might be on top if forced to come up with one.

Powderfinger – My Kind Of Scene – Live

Took me a while to get into Powderfinger and now they are on the list of bands that I pretty much buy their stuff when it is released. This is a slower version live from the Big Day Out back in 2001.

Sheryl Crow – Hallelujah – Live

Another cover from Sheryl Crow. Seems more covers here rather than originals. That said, this is a song that just about everyone has sung at some time.

Men Without Hats – Safety Dance – Live

Didn’t realise they were a Canadian band until I was staying with a friend in Canada and he had their album, along with many other Canadian artists. The album is great and I still listen to it quite often all these years later. A heap of people have covered this song and I will have to hunt them out as well.
